Painting is not just a hobby — it’s my way of life.
I am a contemporary impressionist painter whose work explores light, color, and emotional expression. Painting is not simply a hobby for me — it is a way of life and a continuous source of joy and inspiration.

My artistic vision is shaped by the legacy of great masters such as Claude Monet, Joaquin Sorolla, Konstantin Korovin, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne, Pierre Bonnard etc. Their ability to capture fleeting moments, atmosphere, and the poetry of everyday life deeply influences my creative process.

Working in the style of contemporary impressionism, I focus on:

  • expressive and dynamic brushstrokes
  • luminous light and vibrant color harmonies
  • emotional depth rather than photographic precision
  • movement, air, and atmosphere within each composition

I really love painting seascapes and nature morts. The main goal of my creativity is to be a conductor of light and beauty of the surrounding world. It’s a pure joy for an artist to discover these simple joys of life: the shine of morning dew, glare in reflections, a fresh bouquet of roses in a vase, the first snow, a rainbow! An artist sees all this each time like for the first time, because the search for perfection, beauty and harmony is endless.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography is a parallel practice to my oil painting. I use it to observe light, color, and atmosphere in moments of nature—flowers, sunsets, and landscapes. These images often become references and inspiration for my paintings, helping me capture fleeting impressions and translate them into the magic of oil on canvas. Photography allows me to pause time; painting allows me to transform it.
